REQUIREMENTS TO THE PARTICIPANTS
All participants must be at least 18 years old at the start of the race and must sign off a declaration of agreement with the rules and regulations of the race and accident weaver and release of liability form at the race bib distribution.
All competitors must be well aware of the efforts required for a mountain ultramarathon and be well prepared both physically and mentally.
All participants must be able to handle all the risks and discomforts associated with races of this type such as fatigue, injuries, navigation, movement in the dark, unfavorable weather conditions -rain, snow, fog, heat, storm, etc.

REGISTRATION
Everybody who intends to participate in the race needs to register and to pay the correspondence fee for the chosen distance.
Registration is considered completed ONLY after payment of the fee. At the time of completion, the organizers of the race will inform every participant by e-mail.
The fee depends on the time of payment and not on the time of pre-registration as shown on table below:

THE FEE
Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer or by ePay.bg / Easypay. The fees include a race bib, assistance, food and refreshments at the aid stations, a start pack gift and a finisher medal.
ePay.bg / Easypay gives the opportunity for several ways of payment:

THE RACE
The organizers of the race will held a technical conference one day before the start of the race. There they will give an updated information about the conditions of the tracks and eventually about any changes in the organization of the competition.
You can also find the PROGRAMME of the race on the website a month before the race.
The start pack includes the race bib, a map of the course and additional information provided.
The participants of GBR85 km will receive a 35L bag at registration with the corresponding bib number attached to it. They can put any number of items it and hand it over to the race staff.
The Start/Final will be located at the central square of the town in front of the Municipality building. All participants should be at the start place 30 minutes before the race starts.

PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
You must stay on the marked racecourse at all times. Do not litter along the course
The aid stations will not distribute plastic bottles or provide plastic cups to reduce the environmental impact. All competitors must bring their own drinking vessel.

ETHIC NOTES
All competitors must strictly follow the orders given by organizers, judges and other staff members.
All runners must give assistance to anyone in need of help - be it another runner, volunteer, race personnel or tourist even if this would cause a delay.
Please ensure your own safety before helping others.
Doctors, medical personnel, members of the rescue teams, volunteers and all other race personnel is authorized to stop any competitor they find unfit to continue the race. Such decision becomes effective immediately!

AID STATIONS
We will offer water, sport drinks and food at the aid stations along the route. All items there are for registered competitors only.
At each aid station, there will be an information board showing:
- Name of the next aid station
- Distance to the next aid station
- Total elevation gain to the next aid station
- Cut-off time at the next aid station (if there is such)
- Terrain difficulty to the next aid station

Non-registered participants CANNOT accompany competitors along the race and at the aid stations. Runners can receive outside help only at the designated areas at checkpoints and aid stations.

EQUIPMENT
The mandatory and recommended equipment is shown for each distance. The participants should show the mandatory equipment before the start.
The organizers reserve the right to inspect the equipment of the runners at any given time during the race! Failing to show any item from the mandatory equipment list will result in immediate disqualification!

SAFETY
The course of the race passes through public and private property and the trails are not closed. Please keep in mind that you will share the trail with the others and you might need to slow down or even stop if necessary.
Parts of the course pass through residential areas. Please avoid making unnecessary noise when passing during nighttime.
When passing through public roads runners must follow the rules of the road. Please note that the route crosses a major road and you must be very careful when crossing it!

PROHIBITED ACTIONS
- Moving outside of the marked course
- Outside support out of the places described above
- Failing to abide by the orders and instructions of the race staff
- Missing any item from the mandatory equipment list
- Not helping any person in need along the course
- Using medicaments or practices prohibited by WADA
- Dropping litter on the race course and surrounding areas
Failing to abide by the rules and regulations you can be disqualified
