Alexander SPA Complex
The Alexander SPA Complex includes a hotel part with 32 beds, a restaurant in the typical for the complex Bulgarian National Revival style with 350 seats, as well as a modernly equipped spa centre with an indoor pool and relaxation areas, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, an ice bucket, a Turkish bath (Hammam), hydromassage baths, a tangentor.
The hotel part of the Alexander SPA Complex has 14 double rooms (with the possibility of an extra bed), 8 of which are bedroom type, 1 apartment with 2 separate rooms and bathrooms. The rooms are stylishly furnished and equipped with telephone, cable TV, mini-bar, internet, luxurious bathroom and terraces.
Alexandrov Houses Hotel
The hotel is an ensemble of two houses with a hotel part connected by a corridor, a small spa centre, an outdoor pool and a restaurant and wine bar.
Accommodation is in 15 double rooms (with the possibility of an extra bed), stylishly furnished – and equipped with a telephone, cable TV, mini-bar, safe, internet and luxurious bathroom.
The originally designed SPA centre at the Alexandrov Houses Hotel Complex has a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a Finnish sauna, a tangentor and bathtubs.
The two-story restaurant and wine bar has 150 seats, half of which are outdoors – in the summer garden by the pool and on the veranda overlooking the streets of the Old Town.
Sivrieva Guest House
Sivrieva Guest House offers its guests accommodation in 6 double rooms, 2 studios and 2 luxury apartments with a jacuzzi; on the ground floor there is a conference hall and a café.
In the small, cosy café of Sivrieva Guest House, visitors can try different types of coffee, home-made twisted pie, Zlatograd baklava and other sweet delights.
Very close – the Belovidovo Tavern is located in the neighbouring building, where Rhodope specialities and live music are offered.
Pachilov House
The house is a cultural monument and an example of the unique architecture of Zlatograd.
Located in the heart of the Ethnographic Complex and combining traditional interior with modern amenities, it offers 8 double rooms equipped with cable TV, telephone, Internet access, mini-bar, safe and private bathroom.
A spacious landscaped courtyard with a relaxation area, a fireplace and a well are also available to guests.

with lots of love we created a cozy and warm atmosphere, combining an old exterior, typical for the Ethnographic Complex-Zlatograd, with the light of a modernized boutique interior!

Flora Family Hotel
Flora Family Hotel is the first private hotel in Zlatograd, founded in 1993. The atmosphere of traditional values and culture makes every guest feel at home. In 2004 the hotel has been reconstructed and modernised according to European requirements.

The accommodation house “Enchevi strannopriemnitsi” is located in the town of Zlatograd, near the Ethnographic Areal Complex and the church “St. The village is situated in the village of Zlatnoye Zatlaniets, near the village of Zlatnoye Zatlaniets and the village of St. George the Victorious.
The Entsevite Strangers’ Accommodation House is composed of two houses, whose facades are entirely built according to the Zlatograd Renaissance architecture.

Located in the new city centre, about 400 m from the Ethnographic Area Complex, the Varbitsa Hotel is very convenient for accommodating large groups, “”green schools”” and organised BTS tourists. The building has three floors and offers accommodation in rooms with two or three beds with private bathrooms and cable TV. A conference room/quiet games room is available to guests.
Varbitsa Hotel has its own restaurant with a capacity of 70 seats. There, on prior request, meals are provided for the accommodated groups. The restaurant offers grilled dishes, live music and a DJ.

The hotel complex “EDI” is located in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, about 300 km southeast of Sofia, 150 km south of Plovdiv and 3 km from the border with Greece.
The hotel has a restaurant, a summer garden, two swimming pools, a children’s playground and free guarded parking.
Hotel capacity – 50 persons. The rooms have cable TV, wireless internet, refrigerator, mini bar, separate bathroom.
Tents and campers
For K3 Ultra participants who prefer accommodation in their own tents or campers, the race team organises a special place for this purpose. The free tent space is in the very centre of Zlatograd, right next to the start/finish, on the Chevermeta Meadow.
